    Wizard of Legend is a satisfying and thoroughly challenging roguelike with plenty of arcana to discover, relics to purchase, and several ways to help players feel as though they're customizing the game to make it totally theirs. With online and couch co-op, you can share the adventure with your friends, which makes adventuring throughout the Chaos Trials even more fun.

    Addictive, spectacular and fun to play, Wizard of Legend is a good game despite a real lack of diversity when it comes to bosses or level-design.

    If Wizard of Legend's awesome gameplay was set in a massive adventure-filled world then it would be one of the best indies ever made. Considering the experience is as limiting as it is, it makes me wonder why the developers decided to make it a roguelike instead.

    Wizard of Legend is an enjoyable roguelike dungeon crawler with fun, fast-paced combat, beautifully crafted music, and pleasant pixel visuals that come together to form a fantastic fictional setting. Although the difficulty is steep and there is the occasional balancing issue, the available co-op modes are an excellent addition that help negate those problems.

    izard of Legend nails the feeling of being a grand wizard. Experimenting with all the different spells is a blast, and there are some heart-pounding boss fights. The peripheral elements fail to deepen or expand Wizard of Legend, but the core gameplay makes for a good time if you’re looking to fill a roguelike fix.

    An excellent roguelike with fantastic combat. Could be a little deeper but after a hundred hours im still hooked so no complaints here.

    The game works great for both one and two players (while I slightly disagree with another reviewer and think the game could be said to be easier while playing solo, in my experience).

    If you enjoy rogue-likes or top-down action games in general and don't mind the insane difficulty, this is one of the best choices available.    … Expand

    Healing orbs almost never spawn and heal an insignificant amount of health when they do.
    Thus, avoiding damage becomes the highest priority, which spoils action.    … Expand
