There is only one purpose here "come on" "exit to the city" and "party" you "rock and roll Mother F***er". Reminds the listener that they are not dead yet from all the soft face tickling jerky bands like Oasis and Crappy Williams that have been annoying all of us since the good old days of gee I can't remember, Iggy Pop, Ramones, with a touch of the Rolling Stoners early energy.
