LindaMSep 30, 2006Excellent, proficient rock. Apollo Sunshine seamlessly rip through a range of rock styles, without ever sacrificing melody, hooks, and pure energy.I have no doubt that they will be huge.

marcbDec 19, 2005this record shows a rare combination of adventurous thinking this album reflects a rare combination of edgy creativity and lyrical romanticism. apollo sunshine has grown enourmously since their first release. they are one of the few young bands out there that makes you want to dream and dance during the same song.

SusanLDec 19, 2005This cd gets better each time I listen to it. It's spirit is contagious. Apollo Sunshine definitly has got what it takes to hit it big. Talented, risky and not afraid to feel. Sam Cohen's guitar playing is some of the best that I've heard.

Alternative PressWhat Apollo Sunshine may lack in cohesion, it more than makes up for in spirit. [Nov 2005, p.218]

The band parlays its tuneful edification into an experimental collage, bouncing between art school rock, guitar-heavy psychedelia and keyboard hippiedom, yet interconnected by lyrics that are both shrewd and satisfying.

MagnetTraversing this much musical terrain without a hitch is reason to believe it's showtime for the Apollo. [#69, p.86]
