Finally I see a portion of the Travis Scott that i heard so much hype about back in 2015... Not being a big fan of neither Rodeo and Birds in the trap sing mcknight, Astroworld offers us a more mature Travis Scott, someone who knows what he was going for when making this project.

The production in AstroWorld is stellar, Travis Scott has already shown great beat selection before, but

The production in AstroWorld is stellar, Travis Scott has already shown great beat selection before, but this time he goes all out, with psychedelic beats that can only make the songs better.

The features were solid all through out, Frank Ocean and Drake were outstanding, but the surprise package for me comes from 21 Savage, bringing another kind of energy to his delivery this time around, i'm not a fan, but i couldn't deny him this win.

Unfortunately it falls victim of what feels like filler content, but this album shows big potential for Travis Scott in future projects, i will be anticipating more from now on, definitely a good listen

Favorite Songs: Carousel, Sicko Mode, Wake Up, NC-17, Yosemite, Who?What?
Least Favorite Songs: Stop Trying to be god, no bystanders, Coffee bean

Great production throughout the whole album. Just really boring lyrics and generic autotunes. Nothing new compared to Travis Scott's other projects. Not much replayability compared to other hip hop albums that released this year.

The album was very well executed, there was never a dull moment. The project as a whole was kind of long and could've done with 14 songs but all in all great work.

With this highly anticipated album, Travis does not disappoint. With a new sound sonically, stacked features, and producers, Travis is able to curate one of the best albums of the year.

pretty nice album from travis scott here, It's not perfect but Travis Scott continues to push what the trap genre is capable of accomplishing. Each track pays attention to detail, the features are well placed and it does seriously feel like a theme park.

What a amazing experience this album is, truly a work of art Travis is only improving his next album will do ''Drake'' numbers just watch. Astroworld and Kids see Ghosts are easily the albums of the year.

Guided by stellar production and features that all bring their A-Game, Astroworld is the Houston rapper's most ambitions, and personal, album to date.

Travis Scott creates his own hazy, humid and summery world with a sinister feel full of psychedelic beats. it truly feels like you're going into a amusement park during the summer for the whole day and night. And that amusement park is full of surprises.

Probably one of the best albums of the year. Huncho Jack was a pile of rushed **** but Trav took nearly 2 or so years to perfect his sound with this album. Amazing use of features, brilliant production, fine mastering too i may add.

This Travis Scott album is beautifully produced and succeeds in taking you through Travis' mind. All the features except for NAV contribute a lot to the album and fit in almost perfectly. I never heard of this artist before but I wanted to listen to this album because of the very high ratings and I thought it was...okay. I like the beats and it has some good ideas but I just think that Travis isn't a great rapper or lyricist. He seems to be a pretty creative but I just don't think he executes most of his ideas very well. This album certainly lived up to the hype. Production throughout this album is fantastic, one of the, if not THE best on an album this year so far. This is by no means another BITTSM. The production and ideas for this album are simply the best he ever had. The lyrics for his album are much better than his previous. This is one of the best albums of the year. There are some outstanding features such as Frank Ocean, Tame Impala, The Weeknd, Drake, Pharrell, James Blake, Kid Cudi, 21 Savages, and Migos.

I didn't expect this album to have such great production. Yes, the lyrics aren't lyrics of the year but the songs are all great. There isn't any weak song on this project. Stop Trying To Be God, is probably one of the best track I've heard in years. The instrumental and the vocals from James Blake and Kid Cudi makes that track the best of the year.

This is the only album from Travis that actually feels like an album. His other projects felt more like mixtapes. This album feels completed. The only thing I don't like about this album is having an old song like Butterfly on the album. We all heard that song and I didn't think it was necessary. It would've been much better to have a newer song like Watch (feat Kanye and Uzi) on the album instead.

Butterfly is a good song but the radio played it too much. That might be the only skippable track.

9.5/10 - Great production, great features, and better songwriting from Travis. Should've replaced Butterfly with Watch.

The album's trap-psych spaciousness blends so that most of Astroworld plays out like a single long, spectacularly mixed track.

The modulation and echo treatments on the vocals, combined with the frequently torpid tempos, nonetheless make Astroworld ideal for being pumped through an (18 and over) amusement park's sound system near closing time, when the challenge of hitting all the rides has started to turn into an overindulgent, overheated chore.

His third studio album, Astroworld, feels like the grand opening of a vision that took a half-decade to perfect, still using the same psychedelic synth warps, diamond-cut drums, and reptilian hooks that initially skyrocketed him to stardom.
