Coming in cold, it’s another Killswitch Engage album – metal that punches and screams with an effectiveness and accuracy of attack that is ingrained from experts in their field doing their thing for a long time. But in knowing the journey of its creation, it gains a character and a level of emotion that would otherwise be absent.

I have been listening to this band well through out my life and I have go to say, this is a top 3 album for me. This is definitely their best album in the riff category. It sounds more like a melodic death metal album than a metalcore album (with the riffs). Vocally, Jesse Leach sounds the best he has ever sounded. Their second track into the album features former vocalist Howard Jones and the blend of Howard and Jesse together was a special treat to life long fans of this band (like I am). I think this is one of the best albums in 2019 by far and could be the metal album of the year for me. This is a very solid album that has everything you are looking for in a album. Full Review »

Feels like nothing new, won't surpass any tracks already released but it doesn't mean that it's poor quality.
