Apr 19, 2012Got this yesterday for my birthday, its pretty good. My favorite songs are Drive By, Sing Together, and Mermaid, all the other songs are good as well. If you are a person who will compare it to their other awesome albums, you probably won't like it, but if you have a open mind, you'll love it!

May 26, 2012Train on their latest album - "California 37" did not give any interesting or distinctive compositions, so that they can take place of "Hey, Soul Sister". Tracks are hardly interesting mix of pop and rock, also with some elements of folk and country motifs. Carefree songs will only interest fans of the artist, the rest can let it go.

Mar 17, 2013I bought this CD because it was on sale. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least that I enjoyed such a mainstream band as much especially since I didn't like Tell Me from a few years back. I absolutely loved this CD. There is a great variety of the type of songs. They are pretty much all great in my opinion and don't include mediocre 'CD FIller' songs.

Dec 30, 2013It's not bad for the most part. I feel it is a little different for Train but what they tried wasn't god awful. It was actually pretty good. I just hope they touch base with their roots later.

Apr 24, 2012It's all catchy enough to keep you listening, slack-jawed.

Apr 19, 2012California 37's peculiar teenage stance offers as many toe-curling moments as it does pleasant surprises.

Apr 19, 2012California 37 resides gladly in "Hey, Soul Sister's" shadow, full of equally goofy songs, some more so.
