Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett sound so good singing together, but sometimes they keep boring. A Jazz album that could not be so big, it's sad. I really hope that they do other album so much better.

Although you could call this album a PR trick, this album is pretty enjoyable; many Gaga fans won't like the idea of having to check a jazz record, but people who like all kinds of music will get a kick out of this. Why can't people be objective anymore? 182 users (so far) rating this album with a 10! This must be a joke. Tony is doing here what he's been doing for decades so there is nothing new. C' mon the man is great at what he does but I really dont understand why he needs to make an album with Gaga. I think she made this album to lower the expectations about her career. Meanwhile in Cheek to cheek she falls flat offering a parody of herself. Expand

O álbum não é muito bom, a voz de Lady Gaga está exagerada, algumas música estão inaudíveis e tudo parece uma confusão. Essa tentativa de mudança pro jazz não deu muito certo, ela é boa em fazer música pop.

Sorry, but Gaga sounds fake. Her part in Goody Goody is plain ridiculous. Nevertheless her voice is not all bad, I just wish she sounded more natural. Tony, well, he is past is prime, but better than the 60 years younger Gaga. He knows how to sing.
The songs... god, they have been sung over and over for the last... eight decades. Some interpretations are decent, but none shines. Maybe

All in all, some songs are listenable, some I'd say "nice" (a seven), but some are horrid! Specially Gaga solos... This could be a better album. "The Lady is a Tramp" (2011) sounds really better. More fluid and natural. What a waste.

Un álbum bueno a secas, principalmente porque trabajos como así los hay por montones y este es solo uno más.

Gaga comes off more as a dilettante than an aficionado on «Cheek to Cheek».... Bennett doesn't fare a whole lot better, his otherwise charming performances strained throughout. Ultimately, Cheek to Cheek is pleasant through and through. It’s not the greatest standards duets album ever recorded, but nor is it a dud.

Cheek to Cheek is a record where the music and even the songs take a backseat to the personalities.

Shallow, deeply unimaginative renditions [of standards out of the Great American Songbook].
