Some earlier fans of Obel may miss the more minimal sound of her early albums, and there’s certainly no big crossover track that will propel Obel to the mainstream. This is a haunting listen though, and one that will provide suitable company as the long winter nights start to draw in.

You can tell that Agnes has grown a lot since her debut, both as a composer and a vocalist. While the songs here are perhaps slightly less accessible and instant, "Citizen of Glass" has a lot of replay value and it manages to impress me more with every time I listen to it. Expand

I can't feel the innovation with this record because the tracks are too lazy. I feel that the songwriting it's great, but the songs are just ok. There's no catchy moments like "Dorian" or "September Song" from the amazing "Avantine". "Citizien Of Glass" it's a sweet job, but not impressive. Expand
