He's very much the equal of Radiohead's Johnny Greenwood in terms of versatility and sheer invention. [Sep 2001, p.90]

Further evidence who believe Coxon is the most creatively restless member of Blur. [Aug 2001, p.98]
  3. There is as much to be embraced in this as in any of the Gorillaz material. If not more.

a really decent album. i was always a fan of blur and bought "happiness in magazines" by coxon. i was very impressed by that and got this a really decent album. i was always a fan of blur and bought "happiness in magazines" by coxon. i was very impressed by that and got this masterpiece on the cheap as well. i rate it even higher than "happiness in magazines" and i cannot stop listening to it. 'too uptight' and 'a place for grief' in particular are beautiful songs. Full Review »
