CathGJan 22, 2009I was absolutely disappointed about this album. I used to be a HUGE fan of the band, but the sax do not work for me. I think it sounds quite kitsh, except for the last song and for "Humans".

BrunoFFeb 6, 2009I'm completely disappointed with this album.. I 'm a Killer's fan but this album is a complete disaster compared with the previous ones...

TinaRMar 27, 2009I hated it. I was a fan but they almost lost me with this album. Are we human or are we dancer? Really?

JimHNov 27, 2008Are we human or are we dancers? How stupid is that lyric? Anyone who commits that to paper then builds a song around it then records that song then releases that as a first single.... ugh, how far they have come since Mr. Brightside.

TacoS.Jun 5, 2009Pure nonsense. The entertainment value of this is non existent. What were they thinking? Better yet what are all these people that gave it better than 1 at best thinking?

With neither the sugar rush of "Hot Fuss" nor the blustery thrills of "Sam's Town," this is the Killers' most beguilingly strange record. As an accurate reflection of its frontman, it succeeds handsomely.

Too bad all that drama sometimes weighs down Flowers.

They remain fascinated by heartland mythos, but by becoming more comfortable with their glitzy roots, they've actually found the pulse of something more authentic.
