Not as much my cup o' BJM tea. My BJM faves? Songs like: Wisdom, Vacuum Boots, Servo. "Don't get Lost" reads as much more experimental than other BJM albums. Don't Get Lost has several instrumentals, sonic texture, lots of bass and 4/4 beat; similar to what I've heard Anton playing when he DJs. "Resist Much Obey Little" and "Nothing New to Trash Like You" are highlights for me,

There are moments that could've been excised, but BJM demonstrates a most robust path when its psychedelia lasers fix onto a starting point and add to the established theme. [No. 141, p.55]

There’s plenty more to like. The imaginary soundtrack piece Fact 67 is full of neat Sturm und twang; Dropping Bombs On The Sun is a pretty, hazy piece with a spooked Parks vocal that lives up to the title. If you like Ornette Coleman and all that jazz, then Don’t Get Lost is your friend.

Expect to be lulled into a contented sonic stupor. [May 2017, p.100]
