    "Dreams Are Not Enough" is in limbo between chaos and surrender. The sounds used are at once abrasive and aggressive, but are manipulated into unexpectedly soothing grooves. It truly feels like one is paralyzed and strapped to the bottom of the ocean with only the mind to shape such a murky perspective. Thoughts may be racing and nervous while equally remaining relaxed and grounded.

    The record is best enjoyed whole, with headphones, concentration, and responded to with adulation. Dreams Are Not Enough is 2019's best electronic album, hands down.
