    I can't believe they have the genre of this album listed as "pop/rock". This is the hardest rap album of the year. Clearly, they just tossed it up and don't even know who Freddie Gibbs is.

    Anyways, the album is really good. I don't think it's as good as some of his other projects such as Baby Face Killa, but it most certainly goes hard.     Gangsta Gibbs Gangsta Of The Year ....Esgn was a GOOD ALBUM..with dope tracks like
    9mm, Eastside Moonwalker,Lay it Down, Have You seen Her, Gangsta music at its finest in 2013

    For those hip-hop fans forever in pursuit of the latest glass-shattering bass and semi-auto mob rules, ESGN is likely 2013’s flagship release. This is Gibbs’ deep breath; let’s see what direction he takes off running in next.

    It is simply an album that lacks a clear perspective on the many heavy topics it tackles. A first time listener may walk away feeling very familiar with Freddie Gibbs’ sound, but still unsure of who exactly he is.
