I really enjoyed the first two singles off this album. They reminded me of the late 90's with their really big pop hooks and this throwback theme is such a refreshing change from some of today's music. Listening to the rest of the album, I strongly got the impression that they all have amazing and powerful voices. And when they want to be fun and sassy, they're on point. The ballads, however, don't work for me. They sounded mediocre, and at times, were cringe worthy. These songs make this album a missed opportunity for me. If the songs had the same consistency as the first three tracks then hands down, I would have given this a solid 10 for a pop album. Expand

Being the main UK girlgroup, it's a hard task to achieve pop fans approval, but they make it seem to be so easy. They're getting mature slowly, but healthily.

    Top 5 1 - Secret Love Song, Pt. II 2 - I Love You 3 - A.D.I.D.A.S. 4 - Secret

Exceptional voices unfortunately result in a tired, forgettable sound. Little Mix fail to deliver an album worthy of crowning them the girl band of the decade and reassuring their status.. Some characteristics that their rivals are starting to develop, even in the early stages. Expand

Little MIx. Still giving us the same style of music, the same beats, the same type of vocals (but yeah, their vocals are incredible). This album is missing the only thing I liked about this group - the motivating, meaningful songs such as Little Me and Change Your Life - and that is really bad because it leaves me here with quite a negative opinion on them. But still I'll try Glory Day andLittle MIx. Still giving us the same style of music, the same beats, the same type of vocals (but yeah, their vocals are incredible). Not a lot of song that I would go back to. Too much of the same things they need to leave their comfort zone. They have the vocals but a lot of the songs sound the same.
Best songs : Love me or leave me, I love you

Little Mix are slowly taking over the musical world but I had to listen to this album all the way in order to establish a decision of this body of work. Some of the best tracks are Secret Love Song, Grown, ADIDAS and Love Me or Leave Me. However it is not worth buying the deluxe edition.

Get Weird is the worst Little Mix album, even though it saved their career. It has some good songs, but there are so many skips and it is very childish. A huge step-back from Salute.

Ultimately, Little Mix's stylish, decade-blending synergy works, and Get Weird ends up being a lot of fun.

There are lots of little things to like about Little Mix’s third album.... But there are too many instances here of registers painfully over-reached, and uneasy compromises between emotion and arrangement.

Too bad the quartet play it safe with glossy anthems, misty-eyed ballads, and rowdy pep-rally stompers.
