    «Good Girl Gone Bad» never settles on a sound, and Rihanna vacillates between aping Gretchen Wilson, Ashanti, Gwen Stefani, and Pink. Nonetheless, she often sounds every bit like the superstar she clearly intends to be. Rihanna works with edgier and wittier verse than on her two previous albums but lyrics are once again an Achilles high heel for her.

    This is where everything started ;) Definetly better than her first 2 albums. There are some nice dance tracks and also R&B tracks with an acoustic guitar. My favorites are Umbrella, Don't Stop The Music and Question Existing.

    Easily one of Rihanna's best albums and the one that propelled her to stardom. she can do no wrong with hits like Umbrella Don't stop the music and later in the reloaded version Disturbia and Take a Bow.

This is the first time we saw the real Rihanna as we all know and love her since she kinda held back a lot with her first two albums. There are lots of songs for the dance floor (Umbrella, Please Don’t Stop the Music, Push Up On Me), bad **** anthems (Shut Up and Drive, Breakin' Dishes, Disturbia) and slower songs that you can just chill out and think to (Question Existing, Rehab, Take a Bow, Good Girl Gone Bad). The only bad song on the album is the mid-tempo R&B track "Say It". It’s a nightmare.     To everyone who only knows the album for themselves of hits, because the girl and stuffed with hits. The album becomes an opening of a perfect style, she knows how to use this in her voice and that has potential. In a better quality its sound is a perfection and its cohesive songs in a better sphere of music.

    Fantastic album, so many great songs and solid single choices. Her first two albums are nowhere near to being as great as this, and this album was definitely her peak! From 'Umbrella' to 'Disturbia' and some amazing album tracks such as the title song, it's a near-flawless album.

    Its classic now! A pop party album! Umbrella is her best song until 2013 and noone of her other hits make this noise, way better that her previous records!!. "Don't Stop The Music" and "Sell Me Candy" are outstanding!!.

    Rihanna has transitioned from an innocent girl persona to a more sexual figure. With the EDM beats and a solid production, Rihanna has completely revamped her style, and it works. While a few songs can get a bit tiresome, as a whole this album has elevated Rihanna to make her one of the most well-known stars of the world and is a successful effort. Who doesn't love "Umbrella"!?

    Good Girl Gone Bad is full of hits. She took a risc with this album, and it works out really well. Lots of catchy (Don't Stop The Music), badass (Breakin' Dishes, Shut Up and Drive) and iconic (Umbrella) songs

Variando entre os gêneros do R&B e do Hip-Hop, o álbum em si é recheado de pontos fortes. Em cada uma das 15 faixas, Rihanna apresenta composições simples, porém bem trabalhadas, além de ritmos espontâneos e pegajosos. Sendo o hit “Umbrella” o abre alas do CD, a tendência de gerarmos grandes expectativas é inevitável, e felizmente Rihanna as corresponde magnificamente. “Breakin’ dishes”, “Don’t stop the music”, e as faixas do pós relançamento, “Disturbia” e “Take a bow”, são alguns dos vários motivos que fazem o disco realmente valer a pena. Somente em “Questing existing” e em “If i never see your face again” a barbadiana deixa um pouquinho a desejar, porém nada alarmante o suficiente a ponto de tirar a integridade do álbum. Contudo, “Good girl gone bad” possui um charme esplendorosamente atraente o suficiente para convencer jovens e adultos com temas variando entre carros, guarda-chuvas e alguns conflitos amorosos.
