    This album reiterates everything beautiful about Dan's earlier work going back before even Sweet Disarray, adds heartwarming guitar melodies and interesting lyrics about love, anxiety and heartbreak. Beautiful album that is on the top 3 of my list of greatest albums ever written.

    Even the poppiest songs on Grand Plan feel melancholic. Croll has exactly captured the bittersweetness of leaving your 20s, anticipation and anxiety perfectly intertwined.

    The structure of the album is beautifully crafted, with each of the tracks like pages of a calendar that detail Croll’s life, presenting a personal diary window of sorts into his world.
