CaptainBongoJul 18, 2006Marvellous. F**k the reviewers. This record is up there with the best of 2006.

mikes.Jul 16, 2006Peaches controversial title "impeach my bush" is covering political ground such as on it opening track. However I think they are at their best when going party trash electronic rap on "tent in your pants." Overall, the album is unfocused and has only one good single with "tent in your pants."

MattD.Jul 11, 2006The mix of electronica and rock here gives the lyrics maximum effect. And she has a powerful voice. But I'm not an electronica fan, and the lyrics do get repetitive. I'd like her to focus on her rock side and have more varied lyrics.

NelsonDJul 13, 2006Ironacly the metacritic rating is 69, which though low, might be the perfect rating for a peaches album. Lots of sleaze and very entertaining album.

RichardJJul 17, 2006Not often do I like to rake entire CD's, just the best tunes from them, but this is very entertaining stuff. OK, not 10, it couldn't be, but a decent 9. And I think a lot of the negative ratings were because of an anti-shock "we're accustomed to it" type feeling. If you rate this based on the music alone it should get a little higher overall.

Oct 7, 2010Good Album!!! "Boys wanna Be Her" was the first song I heard off the record and again , I fell in love wth it. All of the songs have new ideas and tricks that you wold use while making love...but such a good album

You can't help but wonder what the results might be if she turned her lyrical flair to some subject other than doing the nasty.

Under The RadarAt 41 minutes, it’s still a fun ride, but the over-reliance on shock, the lack of new sounds, and perhaps the thunder-stealing proximity of her brash beat acolyte M.I.A. leaves the usually dare-dripping Peaches comparatively dry. [#14]

Her big sense of humor and little sense of shame should help keep "Impeach" in rotation for incumbent spins.
