  1. As Britain suffers from youth unemployment and economic crisis, our greatest currency is the chime of a golden tune. Peace have delivered 10 of them.
  2. Jun 7, 2013
This is Peace using 90s sounds to channel that decade’s optimism into something positive for today.
  3. Jun 7, 2013
This isn’t britpop recooked, reheated or reserved. Be it 1993 or 2013, In Love stands proud.
  4. Jun 7, 2013
    It’s exceptional stuff.
  5. Jun 7, 2013
This debut is possessed, for good or ill, of the sort of radio-licking, high-glycemic-index polish (courtesy of Arctic Monkeys and Adele knobsman Jim Abbiss) that will instantly raise the hackles of those who still care about appearing to be underground or whatever. It glistens. But crucially, that light is dancing with fleeting magic off the bones of some bewitching tunes.
  6. Jun 7, 2013
They certainly know how to write catchy indie guitar music and, given the chance, will improve and find their own voice, their own sound and develop into the band many people claim they already are.
  7. Jun 7, 2013
It dishes up a glossy amalgam of the indie styles of 1991.

Best album of 2013. A great live band too, the band has a simply amazing pop sense. No more to say, just listen to this album is fantastic and very fun. Expand

This album is one of the few albums in the present that can approach in a great eclectic way the music from the past and update some of it in great modern tracks.

Its a great example of a band that wants to prove that the Indie-Revival genre has much more to offer.

Fails to build on the promising early singles, and the 'delicious EP'. Whilst the songs that launched them into recognisable territories are present, they are inadequately supported by mediocre indie-by-numbers which sounds like music from an unsuccessful britpop band. I suspect the album was rushed. Expand
