  1. The themes present on Killing Time aren't too in-depth or out of the norm for what you might expect from Bayside, but this band has steadily improved on the lyrical front as it has released more music and Killing Time is no exemption from that rule.
  2. Feb 23, 2011
While the band might sound particularly confident on Killing Time, this attitude never turns into cockiness. [Mar 2011, p.91]
  3. Feb 23, 2011
If you're a fan who may have been disappointed after the release of 2008's Shudder, this is the album you've been waiting for.
  4. Feb 22, 2011
Killing Time is no breakthrough, but it does pack actual hard-rock crunch, not just sure-shot emo punch.
  5. Apr 8, 2011
Ultimately, Killing Time is another solid collection of songs from Bayside... Yet another base hit, but still no game-winning home run.

Bayside has done it again. This album has a variety of sounds, and they seem to have matured.
Its not a break up album like the past albums..

I can listen to this album all day.
I look forward to a new album, and this is one of those bands that will change your life.
