  1. 100
Lone soul genius Cody ChesnuTT's in dazzling form on Landing on a Hundred, which must be the most impressive crowd-funded album ever.
  2. Nov 21, 2012
    80
ChesnuTT's thrilling unorthodoxy remains in off-kilter arrangements and strange details. [Dec 2012, p.101]
  3. Nov 21, 2012
    80
Landing On A Hundred is a strong comeback that hopefully won't be followed by another decade of silence. [Dec 2012, p.84]
  4. Nov 9, 2012
    60
In cleaning up his act and focusing his attention on socially relevant soul music, ChesnuTT left behind some of the experimentation and sense of playfulness that initially made him so beguiling.

  1. Cody ChestnuTT is talented, but I'm afraid it's a little too late since his last record. Still, Landing On A Hundred is a good album by the soul singer, who still knows how to make an enjoyable tune even after his incredibly long hiatus. Expand
