Mar 21, 2023An aptly titled set that's more engrossing and intimate despite its much longer procession of guest collaborators.

Mar 21, 2023Amid the glitz, the hype, the online intrusion, Don Toliver still locates a space to call his own – and that’s what makes ‘Love Sick’ so thrilling.

Mar 21, 2023It is another Don Toliver album, recommended if you like the other Don Toliver albums. The opener sets the temperature, and it is perfectly temperate, full of springy trap drums, pointillist guitars, and a whole host of Dons Toliver, alternately spectral and keening, dissolving in and out of focus. ... At this point, it’s worth considering his superficiality more of a feature than a bug.

Mar 21, 2023The LP comes up short in delivering songs that standout amongst his peers. For the most part, Love Sick isn’t going to move the needle for Toliver. Those that were fans before will like this, while others that are apprehensive about him probably won’t start liking him now.
-
Mar 21, 2023His album is incredibly well polished, but the gleam of his ice is an illusion, as these diamonds are nothing more than cubic zirconias.

Jun 22, 2023The songs are really good. Private landing has a really good beat. It flows really well and his future albums should reflect this album.

May 29, 2023Some really high moments but some bad low moments. It’s not to memorable but still good.
