  1. The material found on "Manifesto" is, for the most part, superb, with only a handful of tracks that fail to live up to the quality found on the rest of the album.
  2. Still, despite a handful of throwaway cuts, Manifesto has more than enough heat to prove that Deck's mike skills still stand up up to any of his Wu brethren.

    Not his best but definetly a lot better than the music that has been coming out in this industry.     Are you kidding me? this album is fucking terrible. easily his worst. Even Resident Patient was better.
