I like this C.D. BEP's are all about positive hip hop...I like how their lyrics are laced with cuss words and "gangsta" crap...it's great to hear positive music these days. Yeah, some of the songs sound a little popish, but i like it overall!

Nothing special. "My Humps" is completely tasteless. There are many different alternatives for this album that don't talk about milk and cocoa puffs. Bottom Line: Don't waste the money.

1). Pump it (2) - not very danceable and utterly onnoying beat 2). Don't Phunk with My Heart (6) - beat is a little overdone, and, like all other songs on this album, the lyrics are just searching for cheap rhymes 3). My Style (3) - Where is Justin? Pretty stupid song 4). Don't Lie (5) - It sucks, but still it is one of the better songs 5). My Humps (9) - The best song off the 1). My Humps (9) - The best song off the album. It refers to a womans a** and br**sts, but the beat and lyrics are so catchy its hard not to like this song 6). Like that (6) - Cool beat, dumb lyrics 7). Dum Diddly (3) - fun the first few times you hear it, but gets to be the most onnoying song after 2 times 8). Feel It (2) - as the ying-yang twins say "badd" 9). Gone Going (3) - "don't you love us now that we use guitar in a song?" "no" 10). They dont want music (5) - "eh" 11). Disco Club (0) - Beats go only so far. I feel like bashing fergies face with a bat in her solo "la la la" parts. 12). Bebot (3) - Im sure id like it more if i understood it, oh yeah and the beat sucks a**. 13). Ba Bump (2) - the black eyed peas really know their different ways of saying butt. and what a coincidence, "rump" rhymes with "bump" 14). Audio Delit... (5) - starts of great, ends off no great. 15). Union (6) - after Where Is The Love, this song is so damn unoriginal Overview "do not but this album" Expand

Unique and fresh album consisting of a great variety of styles including Pilipino, Jamaican, Rap, Hip-hop, and an intriguing Beach-sound. Different from the Elephunk record, but the new tracks are phunky and fresh. You can't resist from bobbin' your head and wanting to get down to this album. I am a bit split on this one. Some of the songs are fantastic. Pump It is my favorite. All of the songs are very danceable and there is even a good song with James Brown. However, some of the songs are not interesting at all. The worst one for me is a song done with Justin Timberlake. Why him? This is a great for dancing, drinking or working out.

But they choose not to and go against any message they created in there first two albums, both created with out the help of pop singer Fergie, and now make basic poprap music with basic videos and lyrics that are laughable. What saves this album from gettin 0 is the track Like That, which i believe is one of the best rap songs to come out this year, which features rap legends such as Q Tip, formally of A Tribe Called Quest and fellow native tounge Tablib Qweli. I don't think so. Gangsta rap and other rubbish masquerading as the credibility of black music is what makes me gag - the sick songs by the so called "real rappers" are the ones who Great fun with a capital PH. Most tards who have given the BEPs 0 marks here don't have a Phking clue that they are innocuous, vacuous, cheeky, chirpy chappies, without an agenda. Is that so bad? I don't think so. Two words: "My Humps." That song alone is reason enough to avoid this album as if 'twere the plague.

This is absolutely terrible, especially "My Humps." What person in their right mind wants to hear how guys buy stuff for a girl because she has some nice "humps"? What self-respecting teenage girl can listen to that? Certainly not me.

I love the black eyed peas. These reviews are stupid. This album rocks!!! Way better that Ashlee Simpson. This diserves a 10. Even though some songs do stink.

it is hard to beat Elephunk - but this is a great CD - fun, danceable...definately want to move in your seat while driving. Lyrics are worth listening for. Fun, Fun, Fun!!

This is pop. MTV fans are all over this. People who actually like music can hear it for what it is, CHA-CHING. Money makin', money money makin'...and that's it.

Pitiful. What was once a ok rap group has become a hopeless main stream band. The songs are boring and they don't make me want to dance, they make me want to puke.

Something lacks in this one, but not something huge. This album still rides on Pump It, Don't Lie, Don't Phunk With my Heart, and more. Not only good hip hop, but good music to move to.

Unapologetic high-energy hip-pop with thumps and silly rhymes that can get stuck in your head for days. "My Humps" could be the female answer to "Baby Got Back." Yes, it's nonsensical, but given that the BEP, known for the smash hit "Where Is The Love?," ends the monkeying with "Union," you can't say that they aren't aware. This album started great. Great songs with great production and even great transitions, but as it progressed, the songs started to get monotonous, with only a few standing out, but regardless of that, one can still enjoy the album as a whole.

    A bland meringue. [3 Jun 2005, p.81]
  2. The lyrical inspiration has evaporated.
  3. Monkey Business is just as bright if not quite as fun as Elephunk.
