May 6, 2019PUP continues their seemingly unending hot-streak with a slightly more abrasive brand of pop punk on their new album "Morbid Stuff". The self-pity of PUP's last release has melted into flat-out anger and now their gloves are off.

Apr 5, 2019As angry as PUP's music can be, there's an absolute thrill to every album that constantly reaffirms my love of music in general. This album is no exception, it is modern punk at its absolute pinnacle.

Apr 6, 2019I can’t believe how catchy and energetic this album is. Remarkable! So angry yet PUP clearly put a whole lot of thought into it. Most songs are perfect.

Apr 8, 2019PUP has gone from a scrappy Toronto punk outfit to one of the biggest names in the game. They've matured from playing to empty bars or 8 people at a late afternoon Warped Tour set, but their energy and spirit hasn't left their DIY home. Incredible to see them develop without losing themselves. The Album of the Year came out in April.

Jul 26, 2019PUP continues to grow and flourish as a punk band with easily their best album yet. Not only are the hooks catchier, but the lyrics are also leaps and bounds above their previous works. I loved it from the start and it only got better with each re-listen.

Apr 19, 2019Without doubt, one of the finest records of the year so far and—more importantly—an unflinching portrayal of what it means (and what it takes) to be human in this day and age.
-
Apr 17, 2019PUP feel stretched and loose on Morbid Stuff. As rambunctious as the songs can be, that wouldn’t be achieved without the seriousness that they approach their art.

Apr 11, 2019Morbid Thoughts is an inspired, catchy punk album, full of punchy, soon-to-be anthems that will please old fans and hook newer ones. However, it is also something else. A brave acknowledgment that life isn't easy and sometimes the worst enemy is that inner voice, hell-bent on beating you down at every turn.
