    When you think some Iggy or Cardi **** can take her spot, she proves why and how to be the QUEEN. I'll give you 10 minutes to name something by a female rapper this decade more harder and iconic than Barbie Dreams. GO!

    I'm a fan and Nicki promised a classic but kept my expectations low, I'm surprised by this album! Certainly a Grammy winner!

    I’m tired of the trend of stans coming in here, rating 0 and leaving an incoherent message probably without even listening to the work being discussed in full. It’s okay to like another artists work. Being a stan isn’t a full-time job and you aren’t getting paid in anymore than the occasional notice from your fave. We started with loving the music you can like the music and still hate the artist if you deem it necessary. Anyway, with that being said I feel like this is Nicki’s most diversified piece of work. You can tell that she looked back at her past discography and picked pieces that worked the best, and worked to improve parts that didn’t work as well in the past. Some songs like run & hide could have probably been left off the album but she more than makes up for it with songs where she’s rapping over a roaring beat, jumping intricately over note or laid back on a more slow track. Enjoyable from beginning to end. You may dislike her but this is the work of an artsit who utilized her talent. Ten years in and she’s still improving with every drop.… Expand

    The wait worth.
    This is an excellent album, great and smart lyrics, great beats. And very well chosen collaborators.
    It has different flavors but always keeps the greatness and the well done work. Not looking just for catchy songs, it is looking for excellence. And it´s all made by a woman that in a "Men world". This is a potential Grammy award winner.

    Nicki leads the pack so her back's to them, and track 'Barbie Dreams' is confirmation of this. No matter how many people on social media or in the music industry attempt to tear the Queen down, she'll always (in an off guard manner) remind you who she is, and she reclaims her throne and crown. Many people feel the need to compare 'Queen' to Cardi B's 'Invasion of Privacy', yet there's noNicki leads the pack so her back's to them, and track 'Barbie Dreams' is confirmation of this. No matter how many people on social media or in the music industry attempt to tear the Queen down, she'll always (in an off guard manner) remind you who she is, and she reclaims her throne and crown. Many people feel the need to compare 'Queen' to Cardi B's 'Invasion of Privacy', yet there's no need to do so, two different albums by two different types of female rappers.     "Queen" is Nicki's most cohesive body of work to date and possibly even her best. The production on this album definitely shines, but not as much as her lyrical wordplay and flow. This album as a whole embodies Nicki as an artist, giving you the best from all of her previous bodies of work all wrapped into one streamlined package. It has the emotional depth of 2014's "The Pinkprint", the"Queen" is Nicki's most cohesive body of work to date and possibly even her best. The production on this album definitely shines, but not as much as her lyrical wordplay and flow. This album as a whole embodies Nicki as an artist, giving you the best from all of her previous bodies of work all wrapped into one streamlined package. It has the emotional depth of 2014's "The Pinkprint", the sporadic eccentric energy from "Roman Reloaded" and the hunger for greatness from her debut studio album "Pink Friday". Minaj showcases her ability and talent at its best here, making sure everyone knows she's not going anywhere anytime soon. With "Queen" Nicki has officially cemented her place in hip-hop history as the rap game's leading lady. The album itself transcends beyond genre, it's hip-hop, but accessible hip-hop. A more experimental hip-hop than what is playing on the radio nowadays or that coming from her peers. Overall, Nicki delivered a very strong album, perhaps her strongest and one that will be one of her most memorable for years to come. When you think about Nicki Minaj a few decades from now, this album will be a standout in her discography.… Expand

    I didnt have any hight expectations when I streamed this AND i normally dont like long albums because they tend to have lots of fillers but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Thank you Nicki

    One of the best albums of the year and her best album to date. This longplay shows us her rap-skills and also singing abilities. She has proved her status with differences of hip-hop styles and power to rule them.

Nicki did such an enormous thing, personally, I am not disappointed (but I have to, after her mid-works/collabs). if you do not like the whole playlist - get the f/off, do not show you "i wanned some moooore, what a fail). it is not a flop, great work that was passionately written by the most interesting andwonderful work!     Title couldn't have been MORE fitting. You can hear the HOV, Foxy and even Kanye influence. Her lyricism in this project has blown me away. The production, delivery, flow, cadence, I am speechless. Exceeded every expectation I had. Somehow she outdid herself once again. Hip-Hop doesn't give us pieces of work like this anymore. Congratulations Ms. Maraj. 10/10

    This album is simply amazing, it surprised me how many bops are on it, so incredible that you can see some stupid haters under this section being pressed giving 0 score, while professional critics give positive reviews, imagine being this dumb and obsessed

    'Queen' is the proof that Nicki is one of the most versatile artists of all time. Every time an album of her is released we can appreciate a new flavor. 'Queen' is rich in intelligent rhymes and atmospheric beats. The album was built amid the turbulence of recent years, but she shows us, once again, that she is a strong woman. A survivor.

    On Queen, Nicki spends a lot of time ordering beheadings--which are fun, but get old quick--rather than showing us why she is and should be queen. Here's to hoping the next album gives us a more earnest, more raw glimpse of the head that wears the crown.

    When Minaj leans into her untouchable strengths as a rapper, things get really exciting and an album of tracks as strong as "LLC" or "Barbie Dreams" would be one for the books. As it stands, however, Queen is another chapter of Minaj's good but largely meandering and inconsistent full-length album output.

    Queen's title implies it's meant to function as a coronation for one of the biggest rappers ever, but it's more the sound of Minaj fighting to keep that crown on her head.
