    It really doesn't look like the first album by Avril Lavigne. Charli XCX said that the people that liked "True Romance", will dislike "Sucker"... It's true and I'm talking the truth. Charli should do something better.

    With many people saying how 'she's possibly onto something' what with its pop-teen punk vibe I would happily agree in some cases that Sucker most definitely is. Simultaneously, for me, it feels mostly like a bog standard pop album, catchy at times, yet not fully to my taste. Looks in some cases like there's something new to party for though.

    Charli xcx is a **** sucker. The music is poppy and catchy but the lyrics are absolute **** This album reminds me of 2000s afi mixed with the 80s. Sucker was pretty dumb but I figured that was okay since it's the intro track. the next song I felt up unto the drop. I loved the melody! She did it right! But when the transition fully climaxed it dropped into a weird 80s Australian soundingCharli xcx is a **** sucker.     Sucker is a one-two punch of wit and grit, as irreverently bratty as the lollipop Charli holds on the cover yet never impersonal, perfunctory, or insincere.
