    Although I much prefer his own work, this covers album has some great moments on it. The opening Rocky Road is as good as any version you'llAlthough I much prefer his own work, this covers album has some great moments on it. The opening Rocky Road is as good as any version you'll hear. Perhaps he should have stayed away from the Pogues classic A Rainy Night in Soho. Hot Asphalt and Foggy Dew are also done well. Granted, it might be hard to appreciate the power of these ballads if your not Irish but it's great Dempsey has brought these great songs to a new generation… Full Review »
