  1. Maybe it's a clue that Jones has already moved on and that there's not much here to get excited about, past some high-powered singles.
  2. In fairness he has mostly dispensed with the shouting and the repetition, vocal styles that helped Mr. Jones embed his signature phrases into the hip-hop consciousness. But his rhymes are still lumpy and dim.

    Aside from a new number (281-206-4336!), Jones offers few surprises--the guest list is robust and his rhymes are still mediocre.

    Literally all he does in the album is repeat the same lines, say his name over and over again, and collaborate with other awful rappers toLiterally all he does in the album is repeat the same lines, say his name over and over again, and collaborate with other awful rappers to make the album popular and better. He's just not that good, end of story. Only thing that keeps me from me from rating this album a 1 or a 0 is that this guy has some decent beats, but that's about it. He's just like most of the other rapper from the south: He's boring, he has no variety, and it sounds like a rushed mess. Full Review »
