Short, but thrillingly witchy and proof that Wolfe can command the quiet as well as she does the noise. [Dec 2012, p.115]

Wolfe seems out in the open for the first time--overall, though, she's more interesting when she's deep in the woods.

When it's not pounding out overly mechanical drum patterns, the band is crowding the better moments with unnecessary noise. A friendly suggestion for Sea Wolf LP number four: solo acoustic. [No.92 p.58]

Up there with PJ Harvey, esp. Harvey's album "White Chalk." Some of the time she sounds like that chick from Cowboy Junkies - their first album. These songs are so beautiful. But why so short? It's like an EP. She's at her peak here. Maybe the second half is coming out later on really soon? I'll wait for it. Full Review »
