Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a beautiful application of a roguelike system with a 2D dungeon crawler format married perfectly to a town-building system and overworld that invites exploration and grinding gems to uncover more things to do outside of combat. This is a no-brainer for classic Zelda fans or anyone looking for co-op fun, and it’s absolutely been the best gaming experience so far for me in 2021.
If you want a modern take on the classic Zelda formula that includes multiplayer and a health dose of both nostalgia and fresh experiences, I cannot recommend Rogue Heroes enough.

La mezcla perfecta entre aventura y rougelike, con los elementos justos de cada estilo y un diseño gráfico que recuerda a grandísimas obras pasadas, pero a la vez con personalidad propia. Además los controles están perfectamente adaptados a la Nintendo Switch, siendo más cómodo de jugar en esta plataforma que en PC. Sin duda una joya, uno de mis jeugos favoritos para la switch.

I tried the demo first, which I highly recommend. The demo completely sold me on the game, then I played it on multiplayer with my daughter which took it up another level entirely.
Basically the developers took "Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past", improved the basic game mechanics like movement speed and fighting, gave it some basic world-building elements, then slapped multiplayer on top. If you loved Link to the Past, you will love this. Sure there are some gotchas with multiplayer but this game is a gem. Plus you can sometimes get it on sale on **** (I got it for $12 which is a steal).
Highly, highly recommend. 9/10

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is simply one of the best roguelikes out there so if you enjoy Zelda-style games, you won't regret it.
While sometimes skirting a bit close to the line between inspiration and clone, Rogue Heroes has a lot to love. If you have a few friends to take dungeon crawling with you, you will laugh together, you will loot together, and you will have to work as a team to succeed. My boys and I got a lot of enjoyment from playing Rogue Heroes, and I think most other players will do too.
Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a tribute to the Zelda saga with roguelite mechanics and even farming and fishing. It offers extraordinary multiplayer options that will delight classic adventurers looking for something old school on Nintendo Switch.
Taking all aspects into consideration, I would highly recommend Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos. Despite its lack of engaging plot and characters, the gameplay is outstanding and makes the experience worth it on its own. I did not find myself wishing for a better plot and characters 99% of the time, because I was so caught up in trying to figure out how to make it through or find the next dungeon. Even better, the game can be multiplier, so it has the perfect setup to have a blast trying to get through the dungeons with family or friends.
Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos really is a blast to play both alone and with friends. The world is exciting to explore, and players never know what is going to be tucked away in some random corner for them to discover. Sadly, in its current state there are so many issues that manage to bring the whole experience down very quickly. Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos needs to have many of its problems fixed before it will be accessible to the greater video game community.
The game is ideal for switch. I was playing it while watching a series on TV and I had a great time. It is challenging at first but it has satisfying game loop. You go to the dungeon, you slay some monsters, you die, and then you can buy upgrades. It quickly becomes easier. It has some village management and cute Legend of Zelda like world and dungeons with plenty of secrets and puzzles.
I had a smile on my face almost the entire time during playing the title. Later on, you are getting access to more advanced mechanics and you can spend hours searching for collectibles. I stopped after completing the main story but still it was a lot of fun.

A fun adventure in the links of four swords adventure. Would be a 9 if there wasn’t so many minor problems (especially in multiplayer) that quickly stack up (too much screen shake when someone gets hit in multiplayer to know what’s going on, too easy to get soft locked in multiplayer, the screen spreads out too much to see things like pressure plates) but other then that, this was a very enjoyable experience, with very good multiplayer. Also the reviewer that gave this game a 70% for not enough “character development” is stupid, cause that’s not what this game is about at all

Love the game! Just wish it had more to do and more dungeon to play and what's up with not being able to play the whole area's??? Or when will they be available? For the price not worth the play if you can finish it in day's
