JRW's third has enough honky-tonk brio to merit comparison with Kings Of Leon. [Apr 2014, p.98]

Essential Tremors hides some of the bands’ strongest songs in years. You just have to dig for them.

There's no fresh spin on the hoary old Led Zep-isms of Sweat Shock and recent single Heavy Bells, while more ponderous material fails to distinguish them from a competent bar band.

Good old school rock and roll. They'll get a lot of comparisons to Kings of Leon but that's not a bad thing. They not ripping off their style. Rather they have their own unique southern rock sound that is in line with other southern rock bands. Heavy bells even reminded a bit of Nirvana.....but in a upbeat sort of way. Really glad I picked up this album and I'd recommend that others do as well. Full Review »
