"Ubu" tends to follow the direction of most radio-friendly alternative music these days, while tracks like "No. 28", "Groundswell" and "Hyakki Yako" are slow-burners with soaring melodies and uniqueness.
If you're a fan of songs that end in a dramatic fashion, you'll probably love this album as the most infectious melodies close out the tracks.
