  1. Though Brown's sweet songs are set up to appeal to a young female fan base, the narratives are mature enough to sway some older folks.
  2. If there was ever a record created to turn a pop singer into a star, it's Brown's sophomore effort.

You've got to credit Brown and his songwriters and producers for cranking out another handful of easy to remember hits that cover the bases, from upbeat and carefree numbers to go-to mixtape ballads that push all the right target-demographic buttons.
  4. Brown's gotten a stronger grip on his Stevie Wonder croon, and it's hard to imagine he doesn't have an album's worth of hits here.
  5. When he relaxes a bit, he discovers that his old approach--playful beats, flirty come-ons--works as well as it ever did.

Though Exclusive skirts the sophomore slip-up, it leaves its protagonist uncertain: Ease on down the road, or look at the man in the mirror? [Nov 2007, p.91]
  7. Sadly, Brown's adolescent voice and playful scatting--while cute--are steamrolled by pushy collaborators.

This man should be spending time in a federal prison right now - instead he is still be idolized by legions of people with absolutely no brain. If you like this man, just imagine how you would feel if he had savagely beaten the face in of your own sister, of your own mother.
He is a reprehensible human being, and surely deserves none of what life has given him.
    Rot in hell Chris Brown.
Oh yea, and his music is terrible.
Black America, get a job. Please.
