    Maybe the best album of the year? Regina Spektor's music influence is priceless to me.

I am so sorry for your loss; so so so sorry. I know the existential questions only get harder during that time, especially for a dreamer who is not easily fooled into easy answers. I am so happy you are a mom to two wonderful kids - who get to grow up with a role model who is deep, thoughtful, loving, creative, and a dreamer. And a critical thinker. I am so grateful you found time to build beautiful worlds out of the melodies bursting out of your music box, even ones we've known for years. Even amidst your familial priorities.
