    This is a fun listen but also feels like a way for Hatfield to amuse herself, romping through a dozen interesting, far from essential interpretations of the Police’s music in 45 minutes as she works on new material.

    As a long time Police fan, I found these new takes both familiar (in the case of the more faithful translations) and refreshing (as when sheAs a long time Police fan, I found these new takes both familiar (in the case of the more faithful translations) and refreshing (as when she pulls a song like "Next to You" into a new sonic space.)
