May 20, 2021This album has the unique ability of taking me to a different place and story every single minute. Each song has a different personality, a shape, a texture, a feeling (or a mix of all of them). I've been listening to it since the release and today I couldn't be more excited to see fresh work from Lorde.

From the magnificent maximalist production, brilliant lyrics, Melodrama is just a roller coaster of deep emotional songs like 'Liability', atmospheric stories like 'Sober II' and upbeat perfections like Hard 'Feelings/Loveless' or 'Supercut'. -

Lorde sí sabe hacer música y por eso ella es la reina del alternativo.

Lorde truly outdid herself. Pure heroine was great and melodrama is even better. Which is incredible considering she was only 15/16 when she made pure heroine and only 18/19 when she made melodrama. There is truly nobody who can capture stories and feelings that are so complex and sing about them beautifully. Nobody does it like her. -
