    Red is Taylor's best album yet. The singer-songwriter manages to blend her signature country twang to a multitude of other genres, like U2's arena rock, or Ed Sheeran's acoustic folk. Her lyricism is also top-notch, and the songs are incredibly catchy. However there are a few filler tracks like I Almost Do, or The Last Time, that should have not made it into the final cut.

    This album is    Red is Taylor's best album yet. The singer-songwriter manages to blend her signature country twang to a multitude of other genres, like U2's arena rock, or Ed Sheeran's acoustic folk. Her lyricism is also top-notch, and the songs are incredibly catchy. However there are a few filler tracks like I Almost Do, or The Last Time, that should have not made it into the final cut.

    its far from a masterpiece, but swift really knows hot to create a catchy tune. this was before she went 100% pop, so there is still a little bit of emotion in this record, and it really works out for her.

    Another record that proves that not only Ms. Swift is a legendary lyricist, but is also one that's able to reach different types of audience and speak for them in a way that Taylor Swift can only do. Red is an emotional roller coaster that brings you into it's dark, glamouring and sad world that leaves you feeling Red, which is Taylor's main goal.

    Taylor Swift did very well on this album, with tracks with personality changes on each track, sad tracks other lively tracks anyway and one of the best 'albums I've ever heard, I particularly enjoy practically all of them besides being the best career album !!

    Like all Taylor Swift albums, they are made to perfection with such finesse. This album remains Swift's most subtle yet bold album which projected her into worldwide stardom. The album is filled with tracks that have now become Swift's signature songs.

    Esta mujer es el ejemplo perfecto de artista completa: toca instrumentos, compone su propia música, escribe sus letras (muy personales, haciendo que conectes con ella de una manera muy cercana porque sabes que es real), tiene una buena imagen (gustos personales aparte) y combina la dosis perfecta de comercialismo y genuinidad.

Este ‘Treacherous’ es uno de los mejores cortes del disco, sencillo, delicado hasta el más mínimo detalle y sin problema alguno para haberse colado en el tracklist de cualquiera de sus trabajos anteriores. Quizá porque me suena más honesto, quizá porque se la nota más desenvuelta, más segura en estas aguas que en ese nueva apuesta que no termina de cuajarme. Algo parecido pasaExcelente. With RED, Taylor Swift is one of the Greatest songwriters of Our generation. I haveTaylor Swift has shown with this album that she is a musical force that is here to stay. Her ability to capture her state of mind at a particular moment, match it with an insanely catchy melody and then allow listeners a glimpse of it while not being overly navel-gazing or overly introspective is unmatched. With RED, Taylor Swift is one of the Greatest songwriters of Our generation. I have listened to the whole album and this album actually has a more Country Rock feel to it rather than her usual Country Pop sound. This is the most mature album of her career and its worth every penny. I have to give Taylor credit for this album, she has grown and mastered the art of being a true artist. Taylor has a mix of Country, Pop, and Rock songs but that doesn't mean she's left her County roots. Songs like "Stay Stay Stay," "I Almost Do," and "Begin Again" remind us why Taylor is wining in the Country World right now.… Expand

    There is no doubt that Red is a masterpiece, however it will be necessary for you to have a long history of love to fully understand this album. And it is that although the central theme is the love tragedies sometimes it is important to adapt all that for a public in general however it is not completely annoying and you will surely enjoy it in one way or another.

Whether it be a fun, upbeat pop tune or a mellower, acoustic ballad, every track keeps the same warm feeling that comes with every songThis album is a masterpiece, lyrically and musically. Taylor Swift perfectly captures her country roots while mixing pop melodies and beats. From the opening track to the ending track, she keeps the same magic and "Taylor" sound with each and every song. Whether it be a fun, upbeat pop tune or a mellower, acoustic ballad, every track keeps the same warm feeling that comes with every song and ties into the whole aesthetic and content of the album. This album was a great transition album from country to pop. I do not know how anyone could transition genres better than this.

    Along with this album being perfect lyrically and musically, this album perfectly captures this moment in Taylor's life as she is growing and maturing into a young woman in her early 20s.

    What can I say about Red that hasn’t already been said? All in all, this is one absolutely fantastic album, and this clearly shows how talented Taylor Swift is as a musician. This is a near perfect album, with half of its songs earning a “Favorites” symbol, and 4 others getting a perfect score. The only song I wasn’t too thrilled about was The Last Time, but I didn’t think it was a bad song, it just wasn’t quite as good as the others. Swift is a very talented musician, combining top-notch lyrics with very catchy tunes. This is one of my all time favorite albums, and thus far it has received the highest score so far of any I have reviewed. "I Knew You Were Trouble" is particularly the best in this album, the rhythm and the emotion are great. "I Almost Do", "Holy Ground" and "The Lucky One" are awesome too.     Swift once again does it. Lyrics, emotion, vulnerability but this time she changes the sound a bit and so starts her transition into a pop supreme. With Red she uncovers a spectrum of emotions, from songs like 22 to others like All Too Well and The Moment I Knew.

    Not sonically cohesive (as the singer herself says) but the best and well-executed body of work that really represents Taylor. She can go from catch-pop bops to melancholic country songs. The best “testing the water” work in the industry. Not a surprise that it’s one of the best of the decade.

First hitting my eardrums during my freshman year of high school, this album is one I hold close to my heart, along with all of the memories of me during my very long awkward stage. I found out a lot about who I was during the few years until Taylor’s next project would drop, and RED was my steadfast companion on that journey. While this is Swift's most lyrically mature album, some of the production is lacking and a lot of tracks seem to have pacing issues, but when you find yourself waiting for the next big hit she givesTaylor Swift has a lot of baggage to release on her fourth album, 'Red'. Although I enjoyed the stories we are told on this album and I love Swift dabbling in pop, I'm still seeing the same issues she's had on every album beforehand, so I still want to see growth.
