    I was surprised how good this album is, maybe their best since Under Wraps, another underrated, if totally different, album. That one was electronic, with lots of great songs and more traditional flute and guitar adroitly integrated. This one is electric, leading with guitar and flute, and none of the songs seem to have choruses. But you don’t really miss them, because the flute and guitar are always going somewhere interesting: it’s heavy, and it’s folky, but jazzy too, and the skill of this album is to make that combination work.… Expand
