Blink182 is a terrible excuse for a musical group. The songs are a departure from the true essence of punk music, catered to the ever-dumbing nation of American music-listeners.

This ain't punk! Totally right, it's pop. No juice in this musak. It's like if it's been shot 100 times with a 30./30 shotgun so many times you can't tell it apart from N'Sync.

Retarded pop songs and anthems for borderline retarded people and junior high kids. BTW I didn't even take the time to listen to it.

'Take Off Your Pants and Jacket' only really has two good songs: The Rock Show and Stay Together For The Kids, and that's because they differ from everything else that Blink 182 have put out. The Rock Show has a catchy chorus and is perfect for concerts. It's their only fun song without being crude. The Rock Show has a catchy chorus and is perfect for concerts. It's their only fun song without being crude. Stay Together For The Kids works as an anthem for kids that have been suffering from their parents arguing or divorce. The rest of the album is forgettable. Sure, some credit could be given to Anthem, Part Two (they couldn't come up with a different name?) for trying to come up with an attempt for youth but the chorus is predictable and instead of trying to make a statement, we are reminded of Tom Delonge's limited vocal range. It's annoying to listen. 'Give me one good reason' seems to not celebrate their fans uniqueness and their daring attitude to go against the norms, but to bash anyone that is different to the Blink 182 fans That track alone destroyed any positives this album had going for it, and placed Blink 182 as one of the most annoying bands in recent rock history. 1. High on boyish charm and low on moral fiber, Blink's songs have all the lyrical depth of a whoopee cushion.
  2. The band work so hard at it, and the music is such processed sounding mainstream rock played fast, that the album becomes a paradox: adolescent energy and rebellion made joyless.
  3. They don't mess around much outside their tessitura - they like to keep everything light, fast and punchy.
