MarcoEMay 5, 2005I've gotta agree with Aaron. "The biggest corporate rock group in the history of music" breathes new life to the word asinine. That's almost as nonsensical as Rolling Stone saying "The Connection" was "the most commanding song of their sixteen-year recording career." To speak without thinking beforehand is like wiping your rear before you crap.

FormerPhish-fanJul 11, 2004Another bad corporate rock album, watch all the sheep-like drug addicts drool over it. :(

MitchW.Jul 12, 2004A bad album, anyway you cut it. Once again Phish proves they are more skilled at swindling the money of drug addicts then they are at playing their instruments. Poor production+ Poor playing+ No originality= as laudable as Creed, Linkin Park, or N-Sync-except the other three had better production.

A workmanlike effort that wont do anything to harm the Phish legacy, but isnt notable enough to make me wish that the band wasnt packing it in.
-
It's the fragmented experiments that keep Undermind from being a straightforward batch of songs, and they ultimately provide a much-needed balance.
