    I don't really understand the critical acclaim this album has received, it's easily her worst. There's no hits on here such as Don't Stop the Music, Umbrella or S&M... really boring album.

    truly one of the best albums of all time. rihanna really took her artistic control and made something amazing out of it. so proud of rihanna and i can't wait for R9!

    Pure innovation. It's one of those albums that you don't understand the first time you listen. But, with each listen, you get hooked more and more. A delight.

This album is supposed to be anti-pop, that is the typical strategized pop album where she aims to be more experimental in order to stray away from the expected pop sound and structure but she takes us to a place we've been before and it's just tired. This is the same rebellious, talk that sh*t/talk, unapologetic, good girl gone bad attitude from her that we'veMore of the same from her.     it's just another Rihanna album and while it certainly is one of her best, it's not a huge masterpiece in general and especially when it is being compared to greater albums.

    this is just club songs all together. nothing about this album is deep or meaningful and it’s not cohesive. rihanna is a terrible artist and to have waited 3 years for it is ridiculous. the worst album realised in 2016. rihanna really can’t make a proper album and it shows. only knows how to steal hit songs and “appeal” to the gp.

    A weak attempt to sound authentic. Rihanna, who sings half EMPTi stadiums, fails to achieve her goal with this album. Bland, repetitive, unoriginal, poorly written and with terrible production.

    Simplesmente o pior álbum de 2016. Esse álbum é uma mancha na discografia da Rihanna, quem diria que ela viraria essa porca que quer inventar conceito que não existe? 3 anos para lançar esse álbum foi um exagero já que contém letras tão vazias e ritmos tão mortos. Rihanna eu te abomino por ter lançado esse álbum e por forçar o valahdd a gostar dele.

    Rihanna sound so cheap and ordinary on this album. I can't get her energy. Songs are written by other artist. I can't see anything about talent. She is just saying the same words again and again.

    This album ended how it began "MESSY", after three failed first singles, 'work' was born. I was mesmerised, despite it being an extremely lazy song, there was something great about it and it gave me hope for the rest of the album. However, when Anti dropped after the terrible samsung campaign ended, the album had no direction, no point, no meaning.     With this album Rihanna again tries very hard to be something she is not which is a serious artist. She had bad single after bad single until she again ran to Drake to get her obviously payola radio play. The vocals are the worse I have heard from her and the transitions between songs don't make since. At almost 30 the good girl gone bad stage is getting boring and stale.

    Realmente é um dos álbuns mais sem nexo e coesão de toda a carreira de Rihanna. Se a história que Kanye pegou todo o conteúdo do álbum e levou com ele, deixando-a apenas com faixas descartáveis, isso ninguém tem certeza. Mas ao ouvir o ANTI, temos quase certeza disso.

    All she talks about how she wants to have sex, and grinds and do dirty things! We want old Riri back!
    And it's explicit as well.. the only good track on this one was 'Desperado'.

    Rihanna really tried with this one. The vocals have improved but the music is seriously lacking something. The highlight of this album is Needed Me which is actually one of my favourite Rihanna songs now.

    Your vocals were lazy...You could be better if you work on your vocals but, your not.....I Know you can be...Just sad...You can better you had b/c 2 songs actually gave vocals and that's it...Why be lazy...

    Again Rihanna tries to do something mature. However, she can't do something good. It's sad that she always has huge hits. Work is one of the most ridiculous song ever. Shame on her.

    Here's the thing: Pop is Rihanna's stream. I seriously understand the fact that she wants to be taken more seriously as an artist and thinks that incongruently mixing genres ranging from club hip hop, trip hop and soul would give her that, but it flops. "Love on the Brain" is more of the direction she should have followed. When she described the album she used "soulful" to describe theHere's the thing: Pop is Rihanna's stream. I seriously understand the fact that she wants to be taken more seriously as an artist and thinks that incongruently mixing genres ranging from club hip hop, trip hop and soul would give her that, but it flops. "Love on the Brain" is more of the direction she should have followed. When she described the album she used "soulful" to describe the whole thing however this is the only song that subscribes to that ideal. "Work" I must admit did better commercially than I thought it would however we have lost that essence of Rihanna being a vocal artist! She screams and scratches all the time now which detracts from the dynamic it used to have and adds to this ever increases idea that she is losing her voice or worse yet lazy. I must appreciate the raw energy that she pours into her work very few artists (ahem Beyonce) still have that. I have always been a RIHANNA FAN and I am avidly waiting for something more from the next album.… Expand

    Muito alarde e promoção, bem mais pelo lado dos fãs para esse álbum. Depois de décadas para lançar Rihanna lança esse álbum chato para ouvir com uma melodia incrivelmente ruim. Além disso, desconsidera singles só porque não fizeram sucesso. Decadência musical de Rihanna

    Eu queria voltar no tempo, antes do lançamento desse algo se fosse pra ser preciso. A única coisa que salva nesse album é a voz dela, porque o resto é tudo esquecivel. A musicalidade, algumas partes da produção, principalmente algumas músicas.

    To be honest, every song does not work at all. Many songs do not seem to be completed. Everyhing was done quickly, but not perfectly. Her voice reminds me only howling (nothing more, sorry) in on this new album. I'm so disappointed.

    O Disco é uma mistura de ritmos que de alguma forma não soa bem,mesmo tendo canções de produção relevante como Kiss it better e Consideration,ainda sim percebo a falta de conteúdo lirico que preencha melhor o álbum!.
