This album is in my view perfect. It gives you the chance to check some guys out who're making music from the heart. Also it's very different from the usual hiphop, still it's hiphop, but different, I love it!!! I can't say anything bad about them the raps and the flow's are perfect, the music is perfect

Really great album, mixing hiphop, electro, funk and rock. Thanks to the DFA team, hiphop goes on

  1. I'd like to say Automato is an album worth slobbering over, but it's not.
  2. Despite their courage for bending genres to the breaking point, this self-titled debut of live hip hop could use a little more reigning in and little less rocking out.
  3. Indeed, there are lessons to be learned from Automato's debut, the foremost being that the golden touch of Mssrs. Murphy and Goldsworthy can't save a band from their own indie-rap dullness, horrible cybernetic-produce bandname, and absolutely atrocious MC.
