This album was 100% a money grab from X's Label/mom, these tracks felt lazy and it seems like the label just slapped a bunch of Features on this WHOLE album and EVERY SINGLE track and said "done" then called it a day this album makes X's reputation and legacy just make it sad and disappointing at the same time

This album was putting unfit puzzle pieces and demos and slapping on features. While the production is nice and the features are cool, these songs feel like they would’ve sounded very different had they been finished if X was still here. RIP XXX, and the media can go to hell for demonizing him

Sin duda un álbum que nos confirma los versátil de xxxtentacion, este es un trabajo mucho mejor que skins, pero no siento la esencia al 100% a comparación de ?, y 17

This is the type of stuff that won't let an artist rest in peace. XXXTentacion's music was undoubtedly bad when he was alive, but **** this is not just bad, this is the epitome of shameful

Depression and Obsession doesn't mix well, such as the songs on this album. The enitre album feels like thrown together randomly, some songs sound quite nice but in my opinion this is just another example of how to make money with a young mans name after he passed away. The mixing is awful, i do not understand the features, like not at all, i mean why do you feature blink-182 on an XDepression and Obsession doesn't mix well, such as the songs on this album. The mixing is awful, i do not understand the features, like not at all, i mean why do you feature blink-182 on an X posthumous release? probably to draw attention, like "oh my gawd, haven't you heard of the official Tentacion blink 182 song yet?". This whole album has the vibe of those youtube "producers" mashing up random Lil Peep vocals over Nirvana Instrumentals. It doesn't even work as i mentioned, it's offering nothing but thrown together nonsense with lyrics and vocals of a once creative mind abused to make money. Expand

This album is so hard for me to review. XXXTENTACION was an artist as great as Mr. Jekill was a good doctor. Just like him he had that dark facada as an independant character in his life. Just like him he had that dark facada as an independant character in his life. I pertinently know that this project was born from bad intentions as making a lot of money off a dead body. The great majority of the tracks in 'Bad Vibes Forever' is not even arranged and everything feels so messy because of that.
However I can't deny that these tracks are the true reflection of XXXTENTACION's work while he was among us. The presence of more or less talented artists is just to make the record last a little longer. But still we got a bit less of an hour of music for 25 tracks. And that's a sad shame. The artist's music did not lose any of its anger, emotion and power and some tracks just inexplicably find the way of your heart and will remind you the recklessness of XXXTENTACION during his best times. Unfortunately the rest of the album is just a bland cream in which you can hear more of other voices than the one of the artist himself. Anyway 'Bad Vibes Forever' will remain an album in which you can take refuge when you realize XXXTENTACION's voice, creativity, emotion and work miss you so much in this boring world.

Great album with many varieties of music. Some songs are unfortunately unfinished so cannot give it a 10 out of 10 Llj

Christ... There's a reason posthumous music is often looked down upon. This just feels like an unfinished work that was hastily put completed by an ungodly amount of producers for money. Let the man rest in peace, dammit.

Poorly written and arranged. It feels like an unfocused mix-tape only written to capitalize off of his death.

This is a good posthumous album, there are some highlight tracks like HEARTEATER, Kill My Vibe, and Ex and also some underwhelming tracks like Chase/Glass shards and before i realize but besides all that, I really enjoyed it!

I can imagine that the majority of the content on this album was originally no more than ideas and short snippets. It is not hard to tell that this album was released to profit off of a dead person. There is no respect in this music whatsoever and it is honestly sad to see Empire Records getting away with this. The first four tracks are also likable and the interlude is cool too. Beyond this, all is lost. Decent 3/10. Expand

This 25-song compilation renders itself as a gift to the die-hard X fans that are rightfully craving anything new from the late rapper – even if it’s simply lo-fi humming over baselines for a hot second.

It’s a good album. ... Emo rappers often tend to release short albums with even shorter tracks, and this one is suspiciously long and incredibly overloaded with talent.

The makeshift album drags, even with its stylistic diversions. Bad Vibes Forever is less a testament to how XXXTentacion helped shape the wave of rap during his brief career and more a bottom-of-the-barrel-scraping of partially cooked ideas he left behind.
