Its cool that they included almost half the tracks from Witching Hour but where the he k is Sugar, their all time best song? You can't have a compilation cd that leaves out the true classics.

Longtime fans won't find much to be excited about, but for an extended introduction to the band, the icy-cool, eyeliner-infused songs should inspire complete devotion. [May 2011, p.90]

Some of the playfulness of their early days is missed on Best of 00-10, the loose analog charm of their earliest songs would have given the collection a little more lift. But these 17 songs collectively are a hell of a strong argument for why you're still reading about Ladytron now instead of, say, Miss Kittin or Fischerspooner or Peaches.

00-10 isn't quite flawless. ...As an example of 'The Great Pop Synth Band', though, it unearths many fine museum-worthy pieces and captures a band in both their 'Bontempi' and 'Imperial' phases.
