Was very happy to be gifted this album. I was very impressed with Lady's skill at jazz and thought she held her own against the legend Tony Bennett quite well. I hope they continue to work together. As someone not too familiar with Lady's pop works, I will now look into that as well.

Cheek To Cheek is probably the most unexpected collaboration album that popular music has ever seen ! As a huge fan of Gaga, I totally approve her choice to try jazz and her voice fits perfectly with it. To anybody that dislikes Lady Gaga, just forget everything you know about her, listen to this album and be objective about it and about her. Enjoy :)

I am cursing myself for having ignored Lady Gaga up to now. She is incredibly talented, but I was paying attention only to the persona and not to her music. Hopefully I'm still in time to explore her discography. As for Tony, need I get into details? He's already proved his legendary status which is still completely preserved. Amazing album.

After her highly expected, drastic and precipitous fall from the upper echelons of pop music, Gaga has finally found her calling and permanent niche – flamboyant octogenarians. Cheek to Cheek is by far her most understated yet effective record – a musical collaboration with a bankable Jazz legend that easily shines among her heavy spectacle-relying solo efforts.

As before, Gaga shows a great voice that blends perfectly with the calm style Tony, as noted in the first singles from the album "Anything Goes" and "I Can not Give You Anything But Love" (my favorite).

In the tracks "Cheek to Cheek", "Nature Boy", "I Will not Dance" and "It Do not Mean a Thing" we realized they entered the studio for this partnership, is really incredible talent of the two.

We can not forget the voice of Gaga in "Lush Life" and "Bang Bang". She really honor these iconic songs. In the end, we see why Tony joined Gaga, talent is remarkablel, which is why both have 22 Grammy's together.

More of us are—admittedly—checking out Cheek to Cheek for only one of the two iconic musicians on this duet album and well, it's Mother Monster herself. Not all of us adore her—ARTPOP or 'Artflop', to anti-Monsters, obviously disappointed in the commercial market and the critical world—however, we're intrigued because she's a contemporary artist. Not all of us adore her—ARTPOP or 'Artflop', to anti-Monsters, obviously disappointed in the commercial market and the critical world—however, we're intrigued because she's a contemporary artist. But we shouldn't really be surprised since Gaga has not only sang jazz since her childhood, but her previous duet with the legendary Tony Bennett on their 2012 duet "The Lady Is a Tramp" was one of the highlights of Duet II. It was a pleasant surprise to music listeners and little monsters alike.

As far as Cheek to Cheek goes, any comparisons to Madonna's soundtrack album I'm Breathless or any original jazz album for that matter should be discarded. It's a cover album and as far as reviewing it goes, well, it's about as cheesy yet admittedly feel-good jazzy cover album goes. Despite her tendency to over-sing some of the songs, Gaga has a charming and very impressive vocal range in many of the songs, including her own solo performance on the 1933 song "Lush Life". Even if some of their duets aren't all that memorable, they're smooth enough to earn themselves the top-played album of the year at dinner parties. "Nature Boy" is one of the finest examples of their chemistry—which has faults on other tracks. To sum it up, in order to develop any attachment to Cheek to Cheek, the details aren't all that necessary to analyze, just enjoy it for what it is: a fun duet between two respected musicians.

I always semi-appreciated jazz, but had troubles finding more music that interested me. GaGa and Bennett did a fantastic job bringing the American Songbook to my attention. These songs flow beautifully and give me a great soundtrack to do my homework to. Can't wait to hear how my Grandma feels about it! Good job guys!

The album could sound repetitive, but definitely the voices are exquisite. You can find many emotions here, especially in songs like "Nature Boy", "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" and "Lush Life". Very nice work, Tony and Gaga.

Overall this album is wonderful. From the song choices to the arrangements. Both singers deliver a remarkable performance and honestly Lady Gaga blew me away.
She has the potential to become a modern Ella! Yes, I said it!

Gaga with this album makes clear the splendid level of her art. Having Tony as a guide, she can reach a level of unimaginable perfection that leaves us surprised and perplexed. Everything sounds organic and natural and brings out the versatility of Gaga.

Being honest, I didn't think Gaga and Jazz would work out since she's a Pop singer. But I shoved that doubt aside and listened to the album; and was not disappointed. The album has it highs and lows, but even the low wasn't bad at all. In fact, it's still pretty good. Her vocals shined through the album, and mixed very well with Tony's. An amazing album overall.

I've been a Gaga fan since The Fame, and it's amazing to see how far she's come since then. She really can sing any type of music. If you listen to You And I, Disco Heaven, Anything Goes and Teeth, some people may not realize it's the same singer. Gaga and Tony's voices blend perfectly in this record, I highly recommended it for Jazz and Pop lovers.

What I found most interesting about this project is that they managed to bring jazz to a new generation. Me, for example, never imagined I could like this kind of music so much.

About Tony, I have nothing to say, he is an icon, and knows like no one else about this genre. Lady Gaga, in turn, did not disappointed, and showed beautiful vocals.

The album's instrumentals are amazing, I not even know how to describe. I'm sure Cheek To Cheek is one of the best albums of the year, if not the best!

Louis excuses himself from the group and whisks me away to an empty hallway, pushing me up against the wall and taking me to heeeaaaven with his soft lips pressed to mine, Cheek to Cheek and toe to toe, my heart racing against his and my breath shallow with excitement. Now he's leading me down the hall and out the door--to his tour bus I expect, until I realize he's pulling me across the street and into the woods, leaving me wondering what he has in store for me.

We reach a grassy clearing in the woods and he pushes me to the ground, and we're just two Nature Boys caught in the moment, unable to Give each other Anything But Love on the forest floor. I feel his warm breath on my ear as he's whispering, "I Won't Dance around the subject... I need you now." With no one but the Fireflies watching, I give Louis what he wants, the Lush sound of his moans invigorating me with new Life, and his assurances that I'm far more Sophisticated at this than any Lady he has ever "dated" coaxing me along to the finish.

After we clean up, he turns extends a hand to me. "Let's Face The Music," he says, pressing 'play' on his iPod and letting my favorite Joni Mitchell song (All I Want, now available on iTunes) ring out, "and Dance together."

"But Beautiful Louis," I whisper, "It Don't Mean A Thing until you promise me it's forever. Can you do that?"

Louis looks at me with a grin in his eyes and a slight blush spreading across his cheeks.

"Bang Bang, you bet I can."
