This is the final record of the Sadies that features lead lyricist and rhythm guitar player, Dallas Good. The Sadies are one of the most underrated bands I think that has ever existed, and it’s bittersweet with Dallas's passing that they released the best album of their catalog. I would consider this a perfect album in the same realm as The Ramones - The Ramones, The Strokes - Is This It,This is the final record of the Sadies that features lead lyricist and rhythm guitar player, Dallas Good. Listen and buy this record. It’s a modern day masterpiece.

The Sadies created something very special here, and Dallas Good was rightly proud of this work.

If the Sadies had set out to make a final statement—and let’s be clear, they did not—they could hardly have done better than Colder Streams, a swirling, trippy summation of their journey so far. ... The whole album is great.

This is far and away the best the band has ever sounded on record. ... Then there’s the songs, which are perhaps the strongest collection both Dallas and Travis have assembled since their 2010 masterpiece Darker Circles. The majority of the material here finds the band playing in their muscular, gothic mod-garage mode, with the two brothers singing in perfect, spectral harmony.
