Jul 3, 2014Great album. Funny, on-point, and relatable, with enough catchy hooks to be enjoyed on first listen, but enough depth and variety to be enjoyable on the tenth listen. Thirsty Ego Raps and Doug Stamper are particularly great.

Nov 16, 2014A catchy, (critically) underrated album from the LA Hellfyre collective. It's got it's own style and spirit that encourages multiple listens for hip-hop buffs as well as indie peeps perhaps looking for something a little different.

The WireJul 21, 2014As awkwardly beautiful as much of dark Comedy is, it's such a tricky album that it is a difficult to warm to. [Aug 2014, p.62]

Jun 24, 2014Even with its melancholy closing, Dark Comedy is an incredibly fulfilling listen.
