May 20, 2019Possibly my favourite trap album ever released, each track is brilliant, the production is out of this world, it's really phenomenal.

Jul 11, 2018I think naysayers are missing the point of this album. This album is FUN with surprising replayability. The type of album you listen to 3-5 times, then somehow find yourself wanting to throw on without thinking - in the car, at a party, or by yourself.
Infectious. biggest surprise of 2018. -
Jun 16, 2018Almost every beats in this album is very pleasure to listen. It is very fun album. Carti has his own unique hooks and verses, connections between tracks were very smooth.
-
Nov 26, 2018Incredible production from pierre bourne throughout the whole album, addictive replayability. Best songs are Flatbed Freestyle, R.I.P, Shoota, Right Now and Old Money

Nov 6, 2018the album sounded fine mostly for Pi'erre Bourne's production but surely Playboi Carti has the potential. he proved it with ''magnolia''. wish him luck!

Jan 5, 2021Lame and bland, it would have done us all a favour if it didn't see the light of day.

Jun 25, 2018Unfortunately this album stands firmly in the shadow of his last album. His repetitive style is still very enjoyable despite it being repetitive at points but it seems that some of the magic and punch of his flow is dying out. He relies heavily on features such as Lil Uzi Vert and Travis Scott, who make the album respectable and easy to listen too.

May 29, 2019This is gonna be short. The production is actually very good but playboi carti is just mumbling and its more ad-libs than normal lyrics and it annoying and awful and his flows are not good and very repetitive the only good thing about the album is the song ”choppa won't miss“

Sep 29, 2019A project with a lot of incredible songs and great features that has just a few too many songs on it.
-
Apr 3, 2020This is the most one sided, boring and overrated album in the history of hiphop. When shoota is your best Song on the album thats how you know, because that song is honestly if im being generous a 5/10. When this album makes his self titled album look like a masterpiece thats how you know too. Everyone who likes this album is either trolling or is deaf and just red the lyrics

Mar 27, 2021I am entertained. It isn't anything deep or lyrical, but not everything has to be. The production is really good and Carti has a good flow. The features are good. Has great replay value. I do get annoyed with Carti's voice on some tracks and I feel like Die Lit could be a tad bit shorter, but I still really enjoyed this.

Jul 31, 2021i NEEEEEEED this carti x uzi tape to drop ASAP. i guess 16*29 would be cool too tho
-
Sep 1, 2021I understand why some people may not like this album, but for me, it's in my top 10 ever. I kid you not when I consider this album experimental. You won't find anything that sounds like this. Its vibe is intoxicating and addicting. Keep in mind even I didn't like it at first. Give it a few listens, give it some time so that you get used to the sound.

Apr 16, 2019It's fair to say that this album is good, but it is not very risky in the lyrics or beats. The 1st listen was amazing, but after more replays I started noticing the simplicity and similarities to other songs. It is a hard listen after the 1st few times. Some songs can be listened to over and over again and it still will not get old like R.I.P. or Flatbed Freestyle. 7/10

Apr 9, 2019Playboi Carti's debut album is a beautiful trap masterpiece that perfectly embodies the idea that less is more.
-
Apr 16, 2019critics don't understand how fun this album is, the production is great, and so is this album. this album slaps. **** y'all. slat !! :) ++

May 28, 2019Playboi Carti makes up for lack of substance with a high level of energy. Carti is having fun, so we can have fun

Jul 12, 2020Desde frases completamente indecifráveis e batidas muito bem produzidas isso é Die LIt, playboi carti é misterioso e excêntrico, pelo menos aq no Brasil quase todos os trappers imitam ele....

Jul 17, 2018Like Rae Sremmurd and Migos, these big-bass trap anthems owe much to their club-friendly vibe, but offer little in terms of substance or lasting impact.
-
May 25, 2018Through a more respectable body of work--is unlikely to win over any naysayers.
-
May 23, 2018Thanks to the lack of coherence or variety though, nothing on Die Lit really sticks. It's fun enough but, save for a few keepers, has the lifespan of a mayfly. Rock to it for the summer and forget most of it by September.
