I really loved early Imogen Heap/Frou Frou and this album scratches a similar itch. Airy, smooth, and super chill with just the right amount of production with the know how of when and how to use it.

    Absolutely non outstanding
Not a single track, all bland blank and average just like in the fashion those players evolve.

These 11 songs ping confidently around the post-genre electro-pop landscape.

A supremely assured, instantly addicting debut, it walks the precarious balance beam between earworm and confessional.

The melodies are good, though Emotional Education lacks the single indelible song that takes a group from admired cult to huge crowds. Imperfect, then, but so many seeds have been planted. Don’t be surprised if Ider’s second album turns out a masterpiece.
