Shadows Fall previous effort 'Retribution' was in my opinion criminally underrated. It truly is one of their finest moments. With 'Fire From The Sky' the band were able to bring it once again. Shadows Fall have truly fortified their sound on this album, embracing everything they've tried musically throughout their career. I'm sure having Adam D in the producer's chair also helps.Shadows Fall previous effort 'Retribution' was in my opinion criminally underrated. It truly is one of their finest moments. It's a lean, mean metallic assault from a band who only seem to get better with age. [11 Aug 2012, p.53]

Fire From The Sky is another compelling addition to their catalog. [Jun 2012, p.84]
